I've been here twice. First was ok but not great. This second time had guaranteed I will never return. Stylist was borderline just plain rude, haircut is not very good, felt like I was an inconvenience to the stylist. Nothing short of a full refund could make me feel better about my experience here.

Well it’s a bit ridiculous when you pay so much for a haircut and it gets butchered. All I wanted was a low fade, super simple. The fade line is stupid uneven and just sloppy. These girls need to slow down and focus on the haircut. It’s just ridiculous that I now have to try and clean up the haircut myself. There’s only one girl there that I trust at this point to give me a good haircut “Adrien” and the rest will not touch my head ever again. Also if I pay extra for a wash, I shouldn’t have a ton of hair all over me after it. These girls are just rushing through every haircut and it’s making them sloppy. You probably have lost my business at this point.

Both times that I've been in has been a very relaxing experience with a good haircut. Really like the hot towel special.
